01The problem
A one-time website turns into a slow, expensive problem.
You pay a big invoice, it launches, and then nobody touches it. Services change, photos get old. A few years later you're paying for another one.
02How it works
Three steps. The last one never ends.
You see real work before you pay anything, and once it's live, keeping it current is my job.
Start with a free concept- 1
See it before you pay a cent
Send me your site or your Facebook page. I'll audit it and build a real homepage concept with your own photos and reviews — free.

I keep it current
Text or email me a change and it's handled. Hosting, security, and updates happen quietly in the background.

I measure your current site before I design anything.
You get the findings in writing whether or not you become a member — so you can hand them to anyone.

06Who you'll work with
One engineer. No account managers.
I've been building web applications professionally since 2019, these days as a senior engineer. I'm not a marketing agency, I don't outsource anything, and I'm not going to call you every quarter about SEO packages.
I keep the membership small on purpose. When you text me a change, the person reading it is the person making it.

Do I own my website?
Your domain is registered in your name from day one. After your first 12 months — or any time you'd rather pay out the rest of that year — the site and its code are yours to take anywhere.
Why is there a 12-month minimum?
Because there's no setup fee. Designing and building your site is most of the work, and it all happens in the first month. The first year is what covers it. After that it's month to month.
What happens if I cancel?
After your minimum term you get everything: the code, the hosting moved to your own account, and your analytics. No hostage situations and no exit fees.
How fast do changes get made?
Most small changes are live within two business days. Bigger additions, like a new service page, usually take about a week.
What's not included?
Logo and brand identity work, professional photography, paid ads, and writing blog content from scratch. I'm happy to point you to good people for any of those.
Can I buy the site outright instead?
Yes. One-time builds start at $4,500, with an optional care plan afterward. Most people choose the membership because there's nothing to pay up front.
Will this get me to the top of Google?
Nobody can promise that, and anyone who does is guessing. What I can do is fix the technical foundations that keep local businesses out of search results.
08Start here
Let me build you a homepage first.
Send me your website — or your Facebook page, if that's what you've got. I'll run the audit, build a real homepage concept with your own photos, and send both over. If you don't like it, you've lost nothing.
Most people start looking for contractors in January for spring work. A new site takes three to five weeks, so starting by early November means it's working before then.
